Twaweza, an UTAKE-based NGO, has released an interesting learning assessment report on Uganda.
Interesting because it illustrates the teaching flaws in Uganda’s lower primary school classes and the seeming rush, just before P7, to catch up with national standards.
Interesting also because it proves, perhaps, that you don’t have to break the bank to give your children for ‘better’ education’ in private schools. In the end, it evens out.
